Chapter 2 is incredible

Chapter 2 was incredible to buy a bike from, as their customer service is even better than their incredible bikes. I ordered an XL Kaha after speaking to them directly about its size and to my bike fitter. This was my first frame-up build and I had several questions as I built the bike. They were always quick to respond either via text or email. Absolutely zero complains about the entire process and stoked to now own one of the most unique bikes in my home town.
